Delivery period

1. For in-stock parts, orders are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days.

( The delivery time for electronic component BOM service is 1-7 working days; the delivery time for special products ( wires / customized products ) is 1-7 working days. If you need to extend the shipping time, customer service will contact you to confirm when placing an order. )

2. LHZZsz ships orders once a day at about 5pm except Sunday.

Returning

1. Under normal circumstances, all LHZZsz purchases ( Except specialty items ) come with a 14-day return policy. You can apply for return within 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer. After the relevant application is approved, the customer must return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days. If you need assistance, please contact customer service.

2. Parts should be unused and in original packaging. Invoices and other attachments in the package are complete.

3. Customer has to take charge for the shipping.

( If not due to product quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If it is a product quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. )

4. After the product is delivered to the warehouse and checked, the customer service will contact you to verify the refund information. After confirming that the information is correct, the refund will be made within 3-7 days. Please pay attention to the contact information you provided ( Email / WhatsApp ).

The terms of this policy do not apply to specialty products and any defective products resulting from improper assembly by the customer, failure by the customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligence or improper operation
