To ensure transparency in transactions and customer satisfaction, we have established the following settlement terms and conditions. Settlement Currency

- Our company accepts the following currencies for settlement: US Dollar (USD), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), and Chinese Yuan (CNY).

Pricing and Payment

a. All product prices listed on the website include taxes and are quoted FOB (Free On Board).
- b. For electronic components BOM orders, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, with the remaining amount to be paid before shipment.
- c. We are expanding our payment methods and currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.( )

After you submit your order, we will confirm the order details via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address so we can contact you.

4.Pricing and Product Information:
- We make every effort to provide accurate product and pricing information but do not guarantee the complete accuracy of such information. All prices are in USD. In the event of a significant error, we will notify you promptly and provide options to cancel or modify the order.

5.1. Delivery Time:

- 1. a. For electronic components BOM services, delivery time will be negotiated with the customer before placing the order. After the deposit is paid, the shipment will be arranged according to the agreed time (usually 1-7 days). In case of force majeure, we will negotiate with the customer to extend the delivery time or arrange partial shipments. Additional shipping costs due to force majeure will be discussed with the customer.

- 1. b. Products listed on the website will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- 5.2. Delivery Methods:
  1. a. Options include local pickup in Shenzhen (Huaqiangbei), domestic delivery within China, and international shipping. Customers can choose the most suitable method.
  2. b. We offer convenient SF Express for international shipping and economical China Post packages. For special shipping requirements, please contact customer service.

Shipping Fees

6.Shipping Fees:
- a. Shipping fees will be calculated by the system at the time of payment. Please pay the shipping fees promptly to complete the shipping process.
- b. If the shipping fee or delivery time is not suitable, you can contact customer service to choose another shipping company.
- c. For certain large, bulky, or heavy items (such as fans, cables, modules), customers may need to pay additional shipping fees. If necessary, our customer service will contact you to arrange payment for these fees.

Returns and Refunds

7.Return and Exchange Policy:
- a. Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods if there are any quality issues.

- c. We provide one month of after-sales technical support from the supplier.

Warranty

8.Warranty:
- All products are sourced from the original manufacturer or authorized distributors, sealed in original packaging, and come with a three-month warranty. (For retail purchases, items will not be sealed for individual sale).

Shipping and Taxes

9.Shipping:
- Shipping fees are borne by the customer and calculated based on the destination and shipping method. We will notify you in advance of any additional charges for overweight or oversized goods.
10.Taxes:

All order prices do not include any taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, sales tax, etc.

Legal and Liability

11.Legal Compliance:
- These terms and conditions are governed by Chinese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to Chinese courts for resolution.
12.Limitation of Liability:
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control.

Force Majeure

13Force Majeure:
- Force majeure refers to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, strikes, or other events affecting normal operations. During a force majeure event, we have the right to extend the delivery time or cancel orders and will notify customers when conditions permit.
